For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Payment is expected the day your service(s) is/are performed. When more extensive dental care is needed, you may arrange a payment plan with our office.
Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care and indemnity (traditional). We are not part of any managed care networks. Our accounting staff will prepare all of the necessary forms for your dental benefits. We would like to remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind, you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. It is our staff’s pleasure to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company to determine what your benefits will be.
All fees that are charged, for services rendered, to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees that are charged to all of our patients for similar services. As your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, this may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies coverages vary greatly. Also, where some companies may take care of claims promptly, others may delay any payment for several months.
We’re pleased to offer our patients CareCredit, North America’s leading patient payment plan. CareCredit allows you to begin your treatment immediately, and then pay for it over time with low monthly payments.
It’s like a credit card, but better. CareCredit works like a credit card, however, it is exclusively for healthcare services. With no up-front costs, no prepayment penalties, and no annual fees, CareCredit lets you pay over time. This frees up cash and credit cards for the other things you want or need. CareCredit also offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental treatment. Plus, you may use your card again and again to pay for additional treatment for yourself or family members in any CareCredit practice. Some of the benefits include:
- Low minimum monthly payments
- No interest financing, if paid within 12 months (additional plans may be available)
- No up front costs, prepayment penalties, or annual fees
